The Novixfinds "No-Return" Refund Policy

We understand that international returns are a hassle. That’s why we introduced our "Keep It" Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described:

  1. Don't send it back. Your time is too valuable to spend at the post office.

  2. Contact us at serve@novixfinds.shop with your order number and a quick photo/video of the issue.

  3. Choose your solution: We will either issue a 100% Full Refund or send a Free Replacement immediately.

  4. Keep the original item. Give it to a friend, donate it, or recycle it. We trust our community and prioritize your convenience over our inventory.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.

  • Simple Proof: All we require is a clear photo or video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

What If I Changed My Mind?

If the product is functional but you simply changed your mind, please reach out to us. While our "Keep It" policy primarily covers quality issues, we are committed to making you happy and will offer a solution (such as a partial refund or store credit) that saves you the trouble of shipping the item back.

Refund Processing

  • Once your request is verified by our team (usually within 24 hours), your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Because we don't require returns, "exchanges" are even easier. If you need a different size or color (for applicable items), we will simply process a new order for you at no additional cost, and you can keep the original item.
